Access control to the data room
Data rooms can be added for
the Growth and Enterprise packages. Before
members are added to the data room, both the creator and the administrator can
define access and behavior rules for future members (click-through agreement,
CTA). Each member of the data room must agree to these rules before they
can access it for the first time. Both approval and rejection of the rules are
logged in the journal.
Proceed as follows:
- Open your data room
- Open the 3-dot menu in the green bar
- Click on Box settings
- Open the tab "Data room"
- Activate the function "Enforce agreement to the terms of usage of the data room" and enter the desired text.
