Adding additional license for Data Room


The following instructions apply only to the Essential, Growth, and Enterprise license packages. If you have booked any other package, contact support. Write to support@idgard.com

When creating a new Data Room, a separate license is required for each Data Room. You can only add Data Room licenses in the Growth or Enterprise package. If a Data Room is no longer needed, you can delete it on the idgard® start page. You then need to contact Support to have the license for the Data Room removed. To do so, simply send an email to Support@idgard.com .




Proceed as follows:

  1. Log into the customer portal.
  2. You are now in the Subscription overview .
  3. Click on “ Details .”
  4. Click on “ Change Subscription/Buying .”
  5. Enter your country and VAT ID.
  6. Enter the amount of additional Data Room licenses required in the “ Data Rooms ” field.
  7. Click on “ Submit the change .”
