Assign e-mail notifications to a guest license user

If new documents have been uploaded to a box, the members of this box will be notified by e-mail. If you have created a user with a guest license, you can set the notification options for this guest.



  1. Open the "Guests" module in the sidebar on the left.
  2. Select either "hourly" and/or "daily" notifications in the table for the corresponding guest

You can set the following notification settings for the user: "Hourly notification" for new objects, i.e. when new documents are created, the guest will receive a notification. This is automatically checked by the system every hour.

"Daily notifications" for unread items, i.e. the user will receive a notification every day as long as there are unread documents.

Disabling the notifications

You can use the checkboxes to deactivate the notifications again.
