Billing the use of idgard®
Payment method in idgard®
Due date
After the booking has been completed, the idgard® user fees must be paid in advance. The amount due depends on the selected license package, the contract duration, and whether you choose to pay monthly or annually.
Additional licenses
If you booked additional licenses, the corresponding fees are charged immediately.
Additionally purchased licenses that are no longer needed can be removed the next time the contract is extended. To do so, please send an email to Support@idgard.com. We will then review whether the respective licenses are released. The license removal will be taken into account when your account is debited with the next contract extension.
