Block e-mail domain when guests are added

You can specify an email domain that blocks association to users with a guest license. To make this setting, you need the permission of an administrator. Users with a guest license with this domain can no longer be created.

Proceed as follows:
  • Open the Administration menu
  • Open the "3-point" menu in the green bar in the upper right
  • Click on "Enterprise settings".
  • Open the "Access protection" tap.
  • Scroll down to "Email domain block list".
  • Activate "Block these email domains for guest license".
  • Enter the e-mail domain you want to block.

Save your settings.

If a full license user tries to create a guest with the blocked e-mail domain, they will get the following error message "Your e-mail has an invalid domain name".
