Block e-mail domain when guests are added

You can specify an email domain that blocks association to users with a guest license. To make this setting, you need the permission of an administrator. Users with a guest license with this domain can no longer be created.

Proceed as follows:

Open the Administration menu
Open the "3-point" menu in the green bar in the upper right
Click on "Enterprise settings".
Open the "Access protection" tap.
Scroll down to "Email domain block list".
Activate "Block these email domains for guest license".
Enter the e-mail domain you want to block.

Save your settings.

If a full license user tries to create a guest with the blocked e-mail domain, they will get the following error message "Your e-mail has an invalid domain name".
