Block e-mail domain when guests are added
Block e-mail domain when guests are added
You can specify an email domain that blocks association to users with a guest license. To make this setting, you need the permission of an administrator. Users with a guest license with this domain can no longer be created.
Proceed as follows:
- Open the Administration menu
- Open the "3-point" menu in the green bar in the upper right
- Click on "Enterprise settings".
- Open the "Access protection" tap.
- Scroll down to "Email domain block list".
- Activate "Block these email domains for guest license".
- Enter the e-mail domain you want to block.
Save your settings.
If a full license user tries to create a guest with the blocked e-mail domain, they will get the following error message "Your e-mail has an invalid domain name".
