Boxes are not displayed

If you have logged on to idgard® and do not see any Boxes in the Box overview, it may be due to the following reasons:

  1. You have not been added as a member of the Box you expected to see.
  2. You have been removed from a Box.
  3. The creator of the Box may have been deleted and therefore their Boxes too.
  4. You are not the creator and have removed the Box from the Box overview using the "Delete" function.
  5. The creator of the Box has deleted it. Therefore, the Box does not exist anymore.
  6. It was a temporary Box or a BoxMail box whose expiration date has passed.
  7. In your browser there are still entries from a previous session without Boxes: In this case, please clear the cache of your browser and refresh the view.

Please contact the creator of the Box, the person who sent you the registration link or the Admin of the idgard® account. These persons can help you.  We as the service operator do not have access to your data due to the Sealed Cloud technology.
