Canceling idgard®

Canceling your idgard® account

The following instructions apply only to the Essential, Growth, and Enterprise license packages. If you have booked any other package, contact support. Write to support@idgard.com
You can cancel your idgard® account yourself in the customer portal. The cancellation period is 14 days before the end of the subscription period for packages with a monthly contract term, and 30 days before the end of the subscription period for packages with an annual contract term. On the actual cancellation date, you will receive an email notifying you of the successful cancellation of your idgard® account. If the subscription is not canceled, the contract term is automatically renewed.




Proceed as follows:

  1. Log into the customer portal.
  2. You are now in the Subscription overview .
  3. Click on “ Details .”
  4. Click on “ Cancel subscription .”
  5. Upon successful cancellation, your idgard® account status will switch from “ Active ” to “ NON RENEWING .”
