If you want to change your username for logging into idgard®, open your personal "preferences" on the left sidebar. This function is available for both full license users and users with a guest license. After completing the entries, a new PUK will be created. If the username is changed, the current session will be terminated. Please log in with the new credentials. This function does not apply a login via SSO (single sign-on). In this case, ask your administrator.
Proceed as follows:
- Select "Username".
- Change your username
Click on "Change
username". After finishing the process, a new PUK will be
created. Keep the PUK in a safe place. You can use the PUK to reset your
password
If the
registration administrator leaves the company, the account must be transferred
to another person. Once this person receives the credentials from the previous
registration administrator, they can change them here.
