Change your personal master data in idgard

Only a full license user can access their own profile in Preferences. Guest license users cannot see their profile. They can have their master data changed by the person who invited them to idgard®. If your name, telephone number or e-mail address has changed, update the information accordingly in your personal profile. You can activate/deactivate the e-mail notifications here.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the Preferences menu to the left
  2. Open the "Profile" tab
  3. Update the data and save it.
Here you can also change the name with which you work within idgard®. In the case of the Box creator, this change of name is only effective for new Boxes. Consequently, the name used in already existing Boxes cannot be changed.
If the name of a Box member is changed, this member must first be removed from a Box in the member administration menu and then added as a member again after the change in order for this change to be effective.
I f the registration administrator leaves the company, the account must be transferred to another person. If this person receives the registration administrator's credentials, they can adjust the master data here.
