The following instructions apply only to the Essential, Growth, and Enterprise license packages. If you have booked any other package, contact support. Write to support@idgard.com 

For each license package we offer a monthly or annual contract period. The contract period starts with the day you book idgard® and ends after one month or one year. You can change the package and change the contract period. The cancellation period is 14 days to the end of the contract period for a monthly bound package or 30 days to the end of the contract period for an annual bound package. You can see which contract term you selected when booking in the account status.
You can find the account status in the administration behind the 3-point menu under the heading Account.
