Convert a „temporary guest” to a “regular guest”

Convert a „temporary guest” to a “regular guest”

You can convert an already created and active guest. If you have the permissions of an administrator, you can make this change in the user administration. If you are a user of a full license and you have created the guest, make this change in the guest administration. 


Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the guest's profile by clicking on the guest's name.
  2. At the top left, in the "Type" field, select the desired license.
  3. Click on the "Save" button.
  4. Click on "Send invitation by e-mail".
  5. A window with the invitation text will open.
  6. Confirm this invitation by clicking the "Insert into e-mail" button.
