Create and manage keywords

Create and manage keywords

You can assign keywords to the folders in your box and thus categorize them. You can assign several keywords to one folder. Keywords can be seen by every member of the box. You create all the keywords you need in the keyword management. The keyword management is located in the settings of the box. Only the creator or manager of a box can create keywords.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open your Box
  2. Open the 3-dot menu in the green bar
  3. Select the Box settings
  4. Call up the "Keywords" function
  5. Give the keyword a name and a color

Finish with "Create keyword".

You have now created a keyword. It now appears in the upper area as a keyword.

If you want to change your keyword, proceed as follows:

  1. Open the "Box settings".
  2. Open the "Keywords" tab.
  3. Click on the keyword you want to change.
  4. Assign a new name and color to it.
  5. Complete the change with "Save".
