Create and manage tags

Create and manage tags

You create all the tags you need in the tags management. You can find the tags management in the preferences in the sidebar on the left. You can assign labels to the boxes in your Boxes overview to categorize them. You can assign multiple labels to a box.   The labels are only visible for yourself, not for other users of your idgard® account.  



Proceed as follows:
  1. Open the "Preferences" in the sidebar on the left.
  2. Open the "Tags" tab.
  3. Give the tags a name.
  4.   Assign a color to the tags.
  5. Finish the process with "Create tag". 

  You have now created a tag. It now appears in the upper area as your personal tag.  

If you want to change your tag, proceed as follows:

  1. Open the "Preferences" in the sidebar on the left.
  2. Open the "Tags" tab.
  3. Click on the tag you want to change.
  4. Assign a new name to it.
  5. Complete the change by clicking "Save".
