Create data room

Create data room

Data rooms can be added for the Growth and Enterprise packages.   To create a data room, you need a full license, the permission from the administrator to create this data room and a license for each data room you create. You can recognize a data room by the "vault” symbol.  

If the above conditions are met, it would be possible to turn a PrivacyBox into a data room. This conversion cannot be reversed.


    Proceed as follows:

    1.   You are in the Box overview.
    2. Click on the "+" symbol in the green bar
    3. Select “Data room"
    4. Give the "Data Room" a name in the "General" tab.
    5. The name must not contain more than 64 characters.
    6. It must not end with a dot.
    7. It must not contain the following characters: /, \, ? ,* ,:, >,|,$
    Save your settings.
