Create e-mail template for registrations
This feature is only available in the Enterprise package.
If
you have the Admin's permissions in the idgard® account, you can write
an individual text for the user registration. This text will be used if
you have activated the automatic sending of the registration text (Send
invitations via server).
However, the text you have customized
will also be used for manual invitations via the "Send invitation text"
function in the user's profile. If you use this manual function, you
will be able to edit the text in your e-mail client. You can change this
text in the Administration at any time or replace it with a standard
text saved by the system.
Proceed as follows:
- Open the "Administration" left side menu.
- Click on the "3-dot" menu in the top right corner of the green bar.
- Select the Enterprise settings.
- At the bottom left there is a function "Edit e-mail template”.
- Open this function.
- Select a language.
- Give the text a title. This title will not appear in the e-mail.
- Write the text. Don’t forget to set the variables for the name ${name} and for the link ${link}. These variables will be filled in by the system.
