If two companies use idgard® and both users are created in their companies with one license each, the data exchange can be done via the function "Share Box". It is not necessary to consume a license of your own organization.

When sharing the box, the box owner sets the number of accesses to 1. The box link is sent to the other user. If the box link is activated by the user, the box will add itself to his box overview. To control the accesses to the content of the box, the permissions of this user should be preset before sending the box link.
