Default setting for the Box permissions

Set here which Box types a full license user may create. This is a default setting. This setting can also be adjusted individually for each user in the user profile or in the user administration. To make this setting, you need the permission of an Administrator.

Proceed as follows:
  1. Open the "Administration" menu.
  2. Open the 3-dot menu in the green bar in the upper right.
  3. Click on "Enterprise settings".
  4. Open the "Users" tab.
  5. Go to "Default Box creation permissions for new users".
  6. Save your settings.

Make the default settings for the specified Box types
  • PrivacyBox
  • TemporaryBox
  • Data Room
  • Share Box

These default settings will apply, if you create a full license user in the user administration menu.
