You can delete user accounts that are no longer used in the user administration. This also permanently removes all Boxes that were created in these user accounts, including their contents. This action cannot be undone.
Which users you can delete depends on your own permissions and on the permissions of the users whose user accounts you would like to delete.
To delete user accounts, proceed as follows:
1. Select User
on the sidebar.
The user administration is displayed and provides an overview of all users.
2. Select the Additional options icon to the right in the row of the user whose user account you would like to delete.
3. In the context menu, select Delete user.
A confirmation dialog is displayed.
4. Select
Delete user.
The user account is deleted. All Boxes that were created in this user account,
including their contents, are also deleted.
Batch actions
You can also use batch actions to delete the user accounts of individual users. This function may be quicker to access if your user overview is very extensive.
