Deletion of files/folders (deletion guarantee)

Deletion of files/folders (deletion guarantee)

If you want to delete files, they cannot be restored unless you have booked and activated a "Sealed Backup" or use the "Recycle Bin" function. To delete files of other members of a box, you need the right to delete as a user. If you do not have this right, you can only delete your own files, folders or messages.

This is how you proceed if you want to delete a file:
  • Open the 3-dot menu in the line of the object
  • Select the "Delete" function.

This is how you proceed if you want to delete multiple files:
  1. Select the file/files you want to delete using the checkbox.
  2. Open the menu with the "Documents" icon in the upper toolbar.
  3. Select the "Delete selected items" function.
