Download entire content of a box
If you want to download all files or all folders within a box, you have to select the folders and files on the top hierarchy level via the checkboxes. To download all files or folders from a box, you need the right to "Read".
Proceed as follows:
- Select the desired files/folders via the checkbox.
- Click the menu with the "Documents" icon in the toolbar at the top.
- Select the "Select all items" option.
- Click again on the menu with the "Documents" icon.
- Select the "Download selected items" option.
- Now the entire contents of the box will be downloaded as a .zip file to the download directory of your computer.
