Download entire content of a box

If you want to download all files or all folders within a box, you have to select the folders and files on the top hierarchy level via the checkboxes. To download all files or folders from a box, you need the right to "Read".

Proceed as follows:

Select the desired files/folders via the checkbox.
Click the menu with the "Documents" icon in the toolbar at the top.
Select the "Select all items" option.
Click again on the menu with the "Documents" icon.
Select the "Download selected items" option.
Now the entire contents of the box will be downloaded as a .zip file to the download directory of your computer.
