Download objects from a box

If you want to download objects, you need at least the right to read. There are two different methods to download objects. One method is used to download one object, another for multiple objects.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the box.
  2. Click on the 3-dot menu in the row of the object.
  3. Select the "Download" option.
Objects that you download will be saved in the download directory of your computer. If you want to download one or more folders they will be saved as a .zip folder under the name of the box on your computer.
If you download a message to your computer, it will be saved to your computer as a text file.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Select the objects to download using the checkbox.
  2. Open the menu with the "Documents" icon in the upper toolbar.
  3. Select the "Download selected items" function.

You will find the objects in the download directory of your computer.
