Enable automatic invitation of a user
Send an invitation automatically by sending the registration link via a server. Every time a new user is invited, the standard invitation text with the registration link is sent in the background. It is not necessary to customize the invitation text in your email client. However, this increases the security that the invitation link will reach the appropriate addressee. To make this setting, you need the permission of an Administrator.
Proceed as follows:
- Open the "Administration" menu.
- Open the 3-dot menu in the green bar in the upper right.
- Click on "Enterprise settings" .
- Open the "Access protection" tap.
- Scroll down to " Server side invitations".
- Activate the function "Send server-side invitations”
Save your setting.
