Enable WebDAV function
WebDAV customarily postulates local storage of a username and password, so that it is only secure and recommendable if the used device is in a trustworthy environment. Protection Class Implications as per Trusted Cloud Data Protection Profile (TCDP) In order to conform to Protection Class II and III specification pursuant to TCDP, we recommend not to use WebDAV.
If you want to allow the users of your account—for example, your guests—to access the data via a WebDAV connection, you must first activate this function. Once you do so, the link will be displayed for individual or all Boxes in which the user is a member. To make this setting, you need the permission of an Administrator.

The use of WebDAV usually requires the local storage of username and password. Therefore, for security reasons, it is only recommended if the device used is in a trusted environment.
Proceed as follows:
- Open the Administration menu.
- Open the "3-point" menu in the green bar in the upper right.
- Click on "Enterprise settings"
- Open the "Access protection" tab.
- Click on “Enable WebDAV”.
Save your selection.
