Specifications for the layout of the idgard add-in or the creation of idgard emails can be defined in the enterprise settings of the idgard web application. These settings are made by the administrator and apply to all idgard users within the organization.
Layout specifications
Layout specifications may, for example, relate to the color scheme of the idgard add-in or the inclusion of the company logo. These specifications cannot be modified by idgard add-in users.
Archiving
The administrator can configure the enterprise settings so that all sent idgard emails are forwarded to additional recipients for archiving purposes. In this case, after the message has been sent, the additional recipients to which the idgard email was delivered are shown.
