Forgot your login data for the customer portal
The following instructions apply only to the Essential, Growth, and Enterprise license packages. If you have booked any other package, contact support. Write to support@idgard.com
The username for the customer portal is the email address you
registered with. You specify the password. If you forget your password, you can
reset in on the customer portal login page.
Proceed as
follows:
- O pen the customer
portal login screen here .
- Click on “ Forgot
password .”
- Enter the Captcha code.
- Click on “ Reset
Password .”
- You will receive
an email with a link to reset your password. The new password must be different
from your previous password.
