Generate new PUK

If you have lost your PUK (password-unblocking-key) but know your password, you should have idgard® generate a new PUK. You need a PUK:

  1. To reset your password in the login interface.
  2. If you are a guest license user and did not receive one during registration.


    Proceed as follows:

      1. Open the Preferences on the left-side menu.
      2. Click on the "PUK" tab
      3. Enter your password
      4. Enter the CAPTCHA displayed

    To finish, click on "Create new PUK".  


    Every time you change your password, you will automatically receive a new PUK.
