Generate new PUK   
If you have lost your PUK (password-unblocking-key) but know your
            password, you should have idgard® generate a new PUK. You need a PUK:
- To
                     reset your password in the login interface.      
 - If
      you are a guest license user and did not receive one during registration. 
 
- Open
            the Preferences on the left-side menu.  
 - Click
         on the "PUK" tab 
 - Enter
         your password 
 - Enter
         the CAPTCHA displayed
 
To finish, click
            on "Create new PUK".      
    Every time you
                  change your password, you will automatically receive a new PUK.
