Graphical notifications

If there is new data in a box that you have not read, it is displayed with its number in the box overview. A box with new data is always displayed above other boxes. New data is displayed in a blue circle with a number.

 Within a box, the folder containing the unread document is sorted with a bold name at the top. If this folder is marked as read, it will reinsert itself into the sorting you specified.  A file that is new will be found in the first place with bold font inside a folder. If you would mark this file as read, it will insert itself again into the sorting you have given. You can change the sorting in your preferences.
