Home screen
The home screen provides an overview of your boxes. The symbol shows you whether it is a Data room, a PrivacyBox or a Temporary box.
On the home screen, you can create new boxes and search for available boxes or files.

The boxes that contain new files are marked with a little red circle showing the number of new files.
You can sort boxes alphabetically upwards or downwards by name or creator. To do so, use the Sort symbol in the top app bar. Boxes that contain unread files are always displayed at the top.
Bottom navigation bar
The bottom navigation bar includes 3
symbols that you can use to open the 3 available menus. If you select a symbol,
then the menu name is displayed below the symbol.

| Boxen | The Boxes menu is the idgard home screen. It provides an overview of the boxes that you can access. You can search for boxes using the search function and change the display of the boxes using the sort function. | |
| Chats | Within a box, you can communicate with other box members. All chats are listed in the Chats menu and are sorted by boxes. | |
| Favoriten | You can mark files in the boxes as favorites. In the Favorites menu, all files that are marked as favorites are listed without being assigned to boxes. |
If you select the hamburger menu icon in the top app bar, the side bar is displayed. The side bar includes 2 further menus.

| Activities | In the Activities menu, you can monitor uploads and downloads of files. | |
| Settings | In the Settings menu, you can define general settings for the app. |
Navigation
If you are within a box, you can return to the home screen and box overview using the Back symbol . The menus are available on the home screen and you can simply switch from one menu to another. Only from within boxes, you cannot access the menus.
The symbol colours have the following meaning:
● gray: The function is not selected or not active.
● green: The function is selected or active.
