Requirement
The idgard add-in for MS Outlook has been released for your organization.
If the idgard add-in has already been released for your organization, proceed as follows to add it to MS Outlook:
1. Go to
the File menu in Microsoft Outlook
and select New Email.
A new email is opened and the Message
menu is displayed.
2. Select All Add-ins.
3. Then
select Add Apps.
The Additional Apps dialog is
displayed.
4. Insert
idgard into the search field.
The idgard add-in is available if it has been released for your organization.
5. From the search results, select idgard for Outlook.
6. Select
Open.
The next time you compose a new email, reply to an email or forward it, the
function Send using idgard will be
available.
