idgard® app for Microsoft Teams: Boxes are not displayed

No Boxes on homepage

If you log in to the idgard® app for Microsoft Teams and do not see any Boxes on the homepage or certain Boxes are missing, it may be due to the following reasons:

  • You have not been added to a Box.
  • You have been removed from a Box.
  • The owner of the Box may have been deleted and therefore their Boxes too.
  • You are not the owner and have removed the Box from your Box overview using the “Delete” function.
  • The owner of the Box has deleted it. Therefore, the Box does not exist anymore.
  • It was a temporary Box whose expiration date has passed.

Please contact the owner of the Box, the person who sent you the registration link, or the administrator of the idgard® account. These persons can help you. We as the service operator do not have access to your data due to the Sealed Cloud technology.
