idgard® app for Microsoft Teams: Define limited access period for a Box

Limit access period

To prevent members from accessing unfinished Boxes, you can specify the access period start and end for the Box. You need to be a Box owner or manager in order to make these settings.




Proceed as follows:
  1. Open a Box.
  • Select “Edit Box.”
  • The “Limit access period” function can be activated/deactivated via a slider.
  • Enter the desired Interval.

Save your settings.
