Installation
You can download the idgard® app for Microsoft Teams directly from the App Store.
Requirements:
- You have a full license for an idgard® account.
- You are a member of a Microsoft Teams group.
- You are able to create a group
- or have access to a chat channel.
Proceed as follows:
- Click on “Get it now.”
- The Terms and Conditions will be displayed. Agree to them and click on “Get it now” again.
- If Microsoft Teams is already installed on your computer, click “Start now.” If not, first select the Microsoft Teams desktop or browser version and install it on your computer.
- The idgard® app opens.

Proceed as follows:
- Click on “Add” and select whether you would like to use idgard ® in a team or a chat.
- Click on the desired team/chat in the drop-down list.
- Set up the tab.
- Save it.
Depending on whether you add the app to a team or a chat, the idgard® app can now be accessed by the respective full license users.
