idgard® app for Microsoft Teams: Log in to the idgard® app

Prerequisite

The idgard app for Microsoft Teams is available in Microsoft Teams under a tab for a channel and you are a team member with a full idgard license.

 

To log in to idgard:


1. Select the channel and the tab where idgard is available (by default idgard).
The login dialog is displayed.


2. Enter your username and password and select Login.
You are logged in to idgard.

 

 

How to log in via Single Sign On:


1. Select the Sign in using SSO option in the login dialog.
The domain name dialog is displayed.
2. Enter the name of your domain and select Confirm. You will receive the domain name of your organization from your administrator.
The confirmation dialog is displayed.
3. Select Confirm.
You will be redirected to the Single Sign On login page of your domain.
