idgard® app for Microsoft Teams: Log in to the idgard® app
Log in
Go to the respective tab in
Microsoft Teams and log in with your username and password. The username is
case insensitive, meaning there is no differentiation between uppercase and
lowercase letters. Any full license user can log in to the idgard® app. This
feature is not available to guest license users, however. They can only
participate in data exchanges via the idgard® web app.
If a guest license user tries to
log in to the idgard® app, the following message is displayed:
After login is complete, you are
directed to the homepage of the idgard® app. If you do not see any Boxes on the
homepage, please contact the person who sent you the registration link. This
person can add you to the Boxes.
Single sign-on users: please log in through your Enterprise SSO platform.
