idgard® app for Microsoft Teams: Rename Items

Rename files, folders, or messages

You can always rename any file you have uploaded. If you want to rename the file of another user, you must have Box manager or owner permissions.

Proceed as follows:

Open the Box.

Select the element to be edited using the check box.

Then select “Rename.”

Enter a new name and click on “Save.”
