idgard® app for Microsoft Teams: Search Boxes and files
Cross-Box search function on the homepage
If you would like to
search for a specific box, file, a folder, or a message, go to the homepage.
Use the search field above the Boxes.
Proceed as follows:
- If you are not on the homepage, simply click on the “Home” button.
- To the left of the search field select the Search Criterion Box or File; if you select File, you can also search for folders or messages.
- Start by entering your search term. Enter the name or at least three consecutive characters of the searched object. This search uses a filter. The more successive characters you enter in the search field, the more accurate the search result.
Results
are already displayed during input.
