PrivacyBox <> Temporary Box

Provided that you have a full license and the appropriate permissions as Box owner or manager, you can:

Convert a temporary Box into a PrivacyBox

Convert a PrivacyBox into a temporary PrivacyBox

Proceed as follows:

Open a Box.

Click on “Edit Box.”

Open the Box type menu..

Select the desired Box type.

Save your selection.

You can still change the Box type even if the Box already contains files. Changing the Box type does not change the Box contents. If you would like to covert a PrivacyBox to a temporary Box, you need to adjust the deletion date for the temporary Box in the next step.
