idgard® iOS App: Box Overview

idgard® iOS App Box Overview

Boxes containing unread files are displayed at the top of the list and the rest are displayed in alphanumerical order. The total number of unread files for all Boxes is displayed in the footer. This is also displayed individually for each Box in the list via a number marked in red (1 to 99). If more than 99 items are marked as unread in a Box, this is indicated as follows (99+). Each Box is identified not only by the Box name, but also by the name of the Box owner.

In the Box overview, you can carry out the following action

  1. Enter the Box name to search for a specific Box. This search uses a filter. The more successive characters you enter in the search field, the more accurate the search result.
  2. You can sort Boxes in ascending and descending order by name or owner by clicking the “Name” field.
  3. By tapping the corresponding icons in the footer of this view, you can switch back and forth between the chats of the individual Boxes and the Box overview. You can also use the gear icon to access the settings.
  4. In the Favorites section you will find specially marked files for DeepL access.
  5. When you open “Activities”, you will see the progress of files being uploaded and downloaded and can interrupt a process as required.
