idgard® iOS app: Boxes are not displayed
If you log in to the idgard® iOS app and do not
see any Boxes in the Box overview or certain Boxes are missing, it may be due
to the following reasons:
- You have not been
added to a Box.
- You have been
removed from a Box.
- The owner of the
Box may have been deleted and therefore their Boxes too.
- You are not the
owner and have removed the Box from the Box overview using the
"Delete" function.
- The owner of the
Box has deleted it. Therefore, the Box does not exist any more.
- It was a temporary
Box or a BoxMail box whose expiration date has passed.
Users
with a guest license cannot have/create boxes. Please contact the creator of
the box, the person who sent you the registration link or the administrator of
the idgard® account. These persons can help you further. We as the operator do
not have access to your data due to the Sealed Cloud technology.
