idgard® iOS app: Boxes are not displayed

No Boxes

If you log in to the idgard® iOS app and do not see any Boxes in the Box overview or certain Boxes are missing, it may be due to the following reasons:

  1. You have not been added to a Box.
  2. You have been removed from a Box.
  3. The owner of the Box may have been deleted and therefore their Boxes too.
  4. You are not the owner and have removed the Box from the Box overview using the "Delete" function.
  5. The owner of the Box has deleted it. Therefore, the Box does not exist any more.
  6. It was a temporary Box or a BoxMail box whose expiration date has passed.

Users with a guest license cannot have/create boxes. Please contact the creator of the box, the person who sent you the registration link or the administrator of the idgard® account. These persons can help you further. We as the operator do not have access to your data due to the Sealed Cloud technology.
