idgard® iOS App: Create Data room
Create Data room
Data Room is included in the Growth and Enterprise packages. You need a license for each data room. You cannot create a data room without the required license. To create a data room, you need a full license and permission from the administrator to create that data room. You can recognize a data room by the "safe icon"
next to its name.
Proceed as follows:
- Tap on the "plus symbol" at the top right of the box overview.
- Activate "More options" via the slider.
- Activate the "Dataroom" slider .
- Select whether you want to receive "Bulk download notifications" .
- Select whether you want to set "Click Through agreements" for data room members.
- Navigate back to the box overview.
- Give the box a name. The "Name of the box" must not contain the following characters: /, \, ? , * ,:, >,|,$.
- Tap on "Save" .
