idgard® iOS-App:Forgot password
If you know your username and have forgotten your password, you can use your PUK to reset it. Users with a guest license are not provided with a PUK after registration. You cannot generate a PUK in the iOS app. Create a PUK in the "Preferences" module in the web app and keep your PUK safe. If you fail to enter the correct login details after 5 attempts, access will be blocked for 15 minutes.
1. Tap "Forgot password?"
Enter your username, the new password, and every character of your PUK. Then tap on "RESET PASSWORD" Return to the login screen and enter your username and the new password again.
