idgard® iOS App: Inspect the Journal

View data room journal

A data room is available only for the Growth and Enterprise packages. Each data room automatically has its own journal. In the journal, every action of a user is documented and thus recorded in an audit-proof manner, so that access and changes to data room content can be traced if necessary. In addition to the creator of the data room or a user with the role of mamager, a user with a full license in the member list of a data room can also be granted permission to view the contents of the journal.

Proceed as follows:

Tap the 3-dot menu at the top right.
Select the "Journal" function.

The journal gives you an insight into the individual activities of your data room.
