idgard® iOS app: Notification about new chat messages
New chat message received
If you receive a new chat message from another user in your box, this is indicated by the number displayed next to the Chat feature at the bottom of the screen and in the chat room of the box.
If you open the chat room and respond to the
last chat message, it will be marked "as read" and the number will no
longer be displayed.
Proceed as follows:
- Tap on the chat
function at the bottom of the screen.
- The chat room
opens.
- Tap on the desired
box with the respective chat content in order to access the chat room.
