PDF files in the data room View only

This feature can be found exclusively in a data room. A PDF file that has been assigned the "view only" attribute contains a watermark and the timestamp on each individual page. With this function the PDF file is protected against

- Downloading.

- Print.

- Copying to the computer cache.

Only the data room creator and the data room administrator can assign the "View only" feature to a PDF file and take it out again.

Proceed as follows:

Tap the name of the PDF file.
Select "PDF Data Options" .
Tap on "View only" .

Documents with the " view only " attribute are marked with an "eye icon" .
