idgard® iOS App: Upload files from third-party app

This function is only available in the Enterprise package. You can load up to 20 files at the same time that are stored with a third-party app into a box of the idgard® iOS app via the "Share" function. You need the permission to download and upload for this.



Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the third-party app.
  2. Log in to the idgard® iOS app.
  3. Select the documents to be uploaded to the idgard® iOS app.
  4. Tap on the "Share" function and select the idgard® iOS app.
  5. Navigate with your finger to the storage location you want.
  6. Tap on "Upload" in the upper left corner.
The files will be uploaded from the other app to the selected box of the idgard® iOS app.
