idgard® iOS App: Use chat function

Chatroom

The idgard® iOS app offers a chat room in its boxes. The chat history can be deleted by the box creator or the box administrator. To use the chat room, members need the "Chat" permission in the box. 



Proceed as follows:

  1. Tap the "Chats" function in the footer.
  2. The chat room opens.
  3. Select the box where you want the chat to take place.
  4. Enter your text in the line at the bottom.
  5. Tap "Send" and your post will appear in the chat room to the Box-Members.
Deleting chat posts
  1. Only the creator of the box can delete all chat posts.
  2. Tap on the recycle bin in the upper right corner.
  3. Select "Delete" in the footer.
  4. In the pop-up window confirm the deletion of all item.
