idgard® Office Add-in: Creating a folder
You can place the file in a box or place it in a specific location in a
folder. If you want to use a folder structure in a box, create folders. Every user with a full license can create a
new folder, provided he has at least the write permission for this box.
Proceed as follows:
- Select
a location in a box.
- Click
the folder icon at the top.
- Enter
a name for the folder.Save
the folder.
- Save
the file.
Finish
the process by clicking the "Save" button at the bottom right.
