idgard® Office Add-in: Save file from computer to a box

If you want to store locally created or locally existing files in idgard®, you can use the second of the two idgard® buttons in the start menu of the office applications.

Proceed as follows:
  1. Open the file on your computer.
  2. Click the "Save As" button.
  3. Select a location in a box.

The file is saved in the box in idgard®. If necessary, unlock the file again to allow other users to edit it.

If you would put the file where there is already a file with the same name and you use Word's save icon, the existing file will be overwritten.
