idgard® PW: Box list

The box list is a minimizable or hideable window on the right side of the screen that displays your name in the green title bar. There you will find the list of your boxes and data rooms. Where data rooms cannot be synchronized to the local directory of the boxes for compliance reasons.

With a left click on the box/list line you open the box view. This means you get a direct top view of the boxes in the idgard® web app.

With a right click on the box/list line a menu opens with the following options:

Open local directory: (available from the first synchronization). The local directory is located in the Explorer of your computer. You specify the local directory of your boxes via the box shortcuts

Permissions: (if given the right to do so) and edit (if you are a box creator or manager) or view their rights.

Open chat: Open chat window for the respective box.

Trigger full sync of the entire box.

Also, the icons under the box name indicate what type of box it is, whether there is an active link to the box or not, and what role you have in that box. Next to it is the name of the creator of the box.
