idgard® PW: Download/upload files and folders
The box view corresponds to a top view of a box in the idgard® web app. You are online in the box view. As in the idgard browser version, you can also download folders or files here. A file/folder downloaded from the box view is placed in the local directory of the box on your computer. A downloaded file is automatically opened and available for you to edit. As with editing in the idgard® web app, it is advisable to lock a file before downloading it. To upload, you need permission to write. To download, you need the permission to read.
Proceed as follows:
- Open
the system tray
in the task bar on your computer.
- Click
once with the left mouse button on the green ID icon
.
- The
box list opens.
- To
open a box in the box view, left click twice on the name of the box.
- Click
the icon with the down
arrow.
- Upload
the file by clicking the icon with the arrow
pointing upwards.
