idgard® PW:Lock/unlock file for editing

The box view corresponds to a top view of a box in the idgard® web app. You are online in the box view. As in the idgard browser version, you can also lock/unlock files here before editing them. To edit a file, you need the right to read, write, and delete.



Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the system tray  in the task bar on your computer.
  1. Click once with the left mouse button on the green ID icon   .
  1. The box list opens.
  2. To open a box in the box view, left click twice on the box name.
  3. Switch to the line of the file.
  1. To lock the file, click the lock icon  at the top. To unlock it, click the lock icon again.
